About the role

The Sales Manager at Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is responsible for leading the sales team, driving results, and upholding the dealership's commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and departmental goals
• Monitor and improve sales performance, gross profit, and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
• Desk deals, structure transactions, and ensure profitability while maintaining compliance
• Train and develop sales consultants on product knowledge, sales process, and CRM usage
• Ensure proper follow-up processes are in place for leads, showroom traffic, and sold customers
• Review and maintain accurate deal documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with F&I and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Enforce dealership policies, ethical standards, and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales management experience required (CDJR experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales and gross profit targets
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and accountability
• Able to read and analyze reports, including sales, gross, and inventory data
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership management software
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
