Full-time position reporting to Gene Van Horn at 8727 W Rayford Rd Suite 150, Spring, TX 77389.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour plus commission
- Pay schedule: twice monthly
- Commission:
- 5 % on sale of Monthly Recurring Membership (Rookie–Adult)
- 10 % on sale of D1 one-on-one, Overtime Package, or Team Package
- Monthly net-profit bonus (paid on the 15th of the following month):
- Tier 1: 3.0 % of net profit on amounts ≥ $5,000
- Tier 2: 5 % of net profit on amounts ≥ $12,000 (not compounded with Tier 1)
- Tier 3: 7.5 % of net profit on amounts ≥ $20,000 (not compounded with Tiers 1 & 2)
- After a 6-month provisional period, eligibility for a company benefits program (currently undefined and subject to change).
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop staff
- Drive membership sales and coordinate personal/team training sales
- Promote member retention and provide conflict resolution
- Ensure efficient operations to meet or exceed financial objectives
- Foster D1 CORE VALUES within the facility and community
- Build community relationships to promote the D1 brand
- Drive local market awareness and engagement activities
- Create an environment that motivates and inspires individuals to achieve their goals
