Sales
- Promote UGPs core values
- Convert quotes to leads and sales
- Communicate sales, store, and personnel information to regional manager
- Adhere to Digital Code of Conduct
- Provide feedback in a constructive manner
- Participate in 1-on-1 weekly meetings with Regional Sales Manager and L10 meetings with other sales managers
- Assist in coverage when other UGP team members are unavailable
- Engage with customers and ensure they have the best experience
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person to determine their needs
- Relay ideas for sales and marketing tools to Regional Sales Manager
- Engage with customers and drive sales at events and local opportunities
Store Operations
- Open and close store per checklist
- Deposit money to the bank for custom and retail orders
- Hire, train, direct, and evaluate store associates
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront
- Schedule store hours and handle call-offs/no-shows/shift changes
- Coordinate retail displays to optimize sales
- Manage supervisory tasks including time card approvals, annual reviews, issue disciplinary actions, and time off requests
- Manage store on major retail event days
Qualifications
- College degree from a 4-year institution
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Previous sales experience
- Advanced organizational skills
- Proficiency with Gmail and cloud computing sites
- Prior management experience is preferred
