- Promote UGPs core values
- Convert quotes to orders
- Communicate sales and personnel information to regional manager
- Engage with customers via phone, email or in person
- Assist in coverage when other team members are unavailable
- Manage store opening and closing
- Interview, hire, train, direct and evaluate store associates
- Manage store display and inventory
- Manage store schedules and handle call-offs
- Manage store for major retail events
Responsibilities
- Provide feedback to improve processes
- Attend local events and engage with community members
- Work with National Sales Manager and Head of Marketing on sales and marketing initiatives

Qualifications
- College degree
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Previous sales experience
- Advanced organizational skills
- Proficiency with Gmail and cloud computing sites
- Prior management experience preferred
