Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Account Executives to exceed local and national sales quotas, maximizing airport advertising revenue.
• Tracks and develops the sales team through performance evaluations, coaching, and strategy meetings.
• Recruits, selects, and develops top sales talent, holding the team accountable to metrics.
• Travels with Account Executives for training, coaching, and high-level client meetings.

Job Qualifications

• Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
• Work Experience: Three (3) + years of successful business to business (BTB) sales experience required. Supervisory experience leading a sales team preferred.
• Media sales experience and understanding of broadcast and internet/digital applications preferred.
• Other Requirements: Must be able to travel outside of the office approximately 50% of the time. Has a valid driver’s license. Access to a reliable vehicle.
