Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will develop a territory-based sales team and grow the company's market share in the region. Key responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing a sales team, facilitating training and guidance, and promoting products and solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, and developing a sales team
• Working closely with the sales team to achieve business results and customer satisfaction
• Facilitating sales and program training for all solutions
• Introducing new products and solutions
• Sales promotions, customer care, contract negotiation and submission, and account documentation
• Attending meetings with team members and ensuring understanding of programs
• Managing a portfolio of accounts and achieving expected business results

Requirements

• High energy professional with document solutions industry experience
• Proven track record of success managing a territory, mentoring others, and exceeding expected business results
• 3-5 years of experience working in the document solutions industry in a Sales or Sales Management position
• Positive and self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background check and MVR report prior to hire
• Valid Driver License and reliable transportation

Pay

Total compensation ranges from $100,000 to $250,000.
