Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop an outside sales team to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new sales opportunities.
- Support the team with effective sales strategies, territory planning, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
- Create and manage prospecting plans to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Work with decision-makers to understand business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
- Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide guidance to achieve results.
- Promote a culture of sales excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

The Person
- We are looking for an experienced sales professional who combines strong leadership skills with a proven ability to deliver results.
- You will ideally have:
- 5+ years of outside sales experience within office technology, managed print services, document solutions, or related industries.
- Experience leading, coaching, or developing a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage a territory independently and achieve sales targets.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
- Confidence communicating with senior decision-makers.
- Excellent organization, problem-solving, and time management skills.
