Responsibilities
- Recruiting and retention of agents.
- Weekly agent development activities.
- Weekly sales meetings.
- Sales associate transaction support.
- Stay up to date with market, technology and sales skills.
- Actively promote affiliated company businesses and work to increase the capture rate of affiliates.
- Track office performance metrics such as sales revenue, property statistics, sales associate productivity, and market share.
- Manage, develop and provide direction to administrative staff.
- Actively participate in community activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field with advanced professional management training; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years real estate sales experience.
- Active real estate license.
- Active real estate broker license preferred.
- Demonstrated background and skills in real estate sales.
- Strong technology skills – Microsoft, CRM, MLS.
- Ability to travel to company meetings and events.
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities; effective recruiting, training, and managing performance of people; conflict/change management skills.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Project management skills: ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and projects concurrently.
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of quality and detail orientation.
- High degree of integrity; knowledgeable of the technical skills related to real estate; must possess financial skills to manage the operational budget.
- Ability to work independently and under extreme deadline pressure, resourceful and action oriented.
