Maurice Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Management Trainee.

Location: 208 Park Road North, Wyomissing, Pennsylvania 19610, United States

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers promptly at the sales counter, by phone, and through email.
• Create and manage sales orders, returns (RGAs), and inventory transfers.
• Provide quotes, place and process orders, and support walk‑in customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter and warehouse area.
• Support order fulfillment, including stock placement, will‑call preparation, and general warehouse tasks.
• Proactively track and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all company procedures.
• Expand customer base and grow counter sales and profits.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Proven leadership ability.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated and enthusiastic about learning new concepts and strategies.
• A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
• A passion to learn and try new things.
• Able to multi‑task while staying focused and productive.

Pay Range

$20 – $25 per hour
