Sales Management Trainee Internship - Springfield, IL - Summer 2027

About the role

Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, 10–12 week program designed to give university/college students real-world business and leadership experience. From day one you’ll work alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-based environment, taking on the same challenges and building highly marketable management skills. The internship runs full-time (40 hours/week) starting May 19, 2027, and pays $17 per hour. You’ll be based in the Springfield, IL office (zip codes 62701, 62702, 62703, 62704, 62707).

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects that apply the skills you’re developing.
• Participate in friendly peer competition and be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Current student working toward a Bachelor’s degree with an anticipated graduation date of August 2027, December 2027, or May 2028.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to commit to 10–12 weeks (no more than 90 days) and start on May 18, 2027.
• Available to work 40 hours per week and on the required dates: Tuesday, May 18, 2027; June 7–9, 2027; and Thursday, July 29, 2027.
