Sales Management Trainee Internship - Peoria, IL - Summer 2027

About the role

Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, full-time program designed for university/college students seeking real-world professional experience. Over 10–12 weeks starting May 19, 2027, interns work 40 hours per week at the Peoria, IL office (61602, 61603, 61604, 61605) and earn $17/hour. The internship mirrors the challenges faced by first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment that emphasizes learning, growth, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Participate in intern projects and friendly peer competition.
• Engage in new, exciting, and often unexpected opportunities each day.
• Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Current student working toward a Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date of August 2027, December 2027, or May 2028.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to commit to 10–12 weeks (no more than 90 days) and start on May 18, 2027.
• Available to work 40 hours per week and meet the required dates: Tuesday, May 18, 2027; June 7–9, 2027; and Thursday, July 29, 2027.
