About the role

We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located at our Burlington, IA office (52601, 52655).

Responsibilities

  • Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
  • Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
  • Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
  • Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
  • Establish relationships essential to building your own business in the community.
  • Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Put our customers first and understand the importance of friendly competition in growing our business and your success.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
  • Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record within the past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in two or more of the following:
    • Sales (commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential)
    • Customer service in a service industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality)
    • Management experience leading a team
    • Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or varsity team
    • Led a leadership role (professional, on campus, community involvement or military experience)
