This position is located at 221 S MAIN ST, STILLWATER, OK 74074-3521.

As a Manager Training (MT) in the Enterprise Mobility program, you will:

Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
Learn how to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Understand the importance of always putting our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors degree.
Must have a valid driver's license.
No more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Competitive Compensation - Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $47,500.00 - $55,547.00 with an average 46 hour work week.
