Sales Management Trainee

Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful
- Get out into the community and establish essential business relationships
- Excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
- Put our customers first and understand the importance of friendly competition in growing our business and your success
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be at least 18 years old
