Sales Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Always put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.

Qualifications

• Competitive Compensation - This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $47,500.00 - $55,547.00 with an average 46 hour work week.
• Paid Time Off, starting with 12 days off per year.

Pay
