About the role

This position is located within one of our branches surrounding the area of Winter Garden, FL 34787. This position has a 4 month rotation at the Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Responsibilities

Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
Establish relationships essential to building your own business in the community.
Excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required.
Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service, Leadership.
Must be available to work an average of 46 hours per week.
Must have a high level of interest in working in a sales environment.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.
No DWI/DUI conviction or other drug and/or alcohol-related offense that results in a conviction in past 5 years.
