Sales Management Trainee
About the role
We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located within one of our branches surrounding the area of Titusville, FL 32780.
Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
- Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
- Excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Put our customers first and understand the importance of friendly competition in growing our business and your success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Cumulative 6 months experience or involvement in sales & customer service, leadership, or relevant fields.
- Average of 46 hours per week.
- High interest in working in a sales environment.
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.
- No DWI/DUI conviction or other drug and/or alcohol-related offense in the past 5 years.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
