Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
- Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
- Learn how to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Understand the importance of always putting our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- A current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI).
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Qualifications
Competitive Compensation - This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $54018 with an average 45 hour work week.
