Sales Management Trainee
About the role
We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located within one of our branches surrounding the area of Daytona Beach, FL 32117 and Daytona, FL 32124.
Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to be successful.
- Get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
- Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Put our customers first and understand the importance of friendly competition in growing our business and your success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Cumulative 6 months experience or involvement in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry), Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations).
- Average of 46 hours per week.
- High level of interest in working in a sales environment.
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.
- No DWI/DUI conviction or other drug and/or alcohol-related offense that results in a conviction in the past 5 years.

- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
