Sales Management Trainee
About the role
We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a Manager in Training, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch
- Cultivate new business and develop your team
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful
- Get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business
- Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
- Put our customers first
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelors Degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
- Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration.
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
