Sales Management Trainee

About the role

We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located within one of our branches surrounding the area of Leesburg, FL 37750.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business in the community.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Understand the importance of always putting our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Cumulative 6 months experience or involvement in sales & customer service, leadership, or relevant field.
• Average of 46 hours per week availability.
• A high level of interest in working in a sales environment.
• A valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI conviction or other drug and/or alcohol-related offense in the past 5 years.
