We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. Responsibilities

  • Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
  • Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
  • Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
  • Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
  • Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
  • Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Always put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • A valid unrestricted drivers license.

  • Competitive Compensation - Hourly position at $22.68 per hour, with a targeted 1st year annual compensation of $55,700.00 and an average 45 hour work week.

Pay

This position is offered at an hourly rate of $22.68 per hour, with a targeted 1st year annual compensation of $55,700.00 and an average 45 hour work week.
