About the role

This position is located within one of our branches surrounding the area of Winter Park, FL 32789. This position has a 4 month rotation at the Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Responsibilities

  • Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
  • Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
  • Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
  • Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
  • Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
  • Excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Always put our customers first.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Cumulative 6 months experience or involvement in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service, Leadership.
  • Average of 46 hours per week.
  • High level of interest in working in a sales environment.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.
  • No DWI/DUI conviction or other drug and/or alcohol-related offense in the past 5 years.

Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
