About the role

This position is located at Pine Bluff, AR at 2217 S Olive St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601. Responsibilities

  • Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
  • Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
  • Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
  • Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
  • Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
  • Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Put our customers first and understand the importance of friendly competition in growing our business and your success.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors degree.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Pay

This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $47,500.00 - $55,547.00 with an average 46 hour work week.
