Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
- Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
- Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
- Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- A valid unrestricted drivers license.

- Competitive Compensation - Hourly position at $22.68 per hour, offering targeted 1st year annual compensation of $55,700.00 with an average 45 hour work week.
