Sales Management Trainee
About the role
This position is located within one of our branches surrounding the area of South Orlando, FL 32837. This position has a 4 month rotation at the Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
- Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
- Excell at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Cumulative 6 months experience or involvement in sales & customer service, leadership, or relevant field.
- Average of 46 hours per week.
- High interest in working in a sales environment.
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.
- No DWI/DUI conviction or other drug and/or alcohol-related offense in the past 5 years.
