Sales Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Learn how to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Understand the importance of putting our customers first and the culture of friendly competition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 6 (six) months of experience in one of the following areas:
• Sales
• Commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential
• Customer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center)
• Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
• Leadership role in the military, clubs, organizations or community involvement

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations/speeding tickets and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years. Points on driving record cannot exceed a total of 8 points.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years.

• Competitive Compensation - This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $53,024 with an average 46 hour work week, which includes an hourly rate of $20.81, plus overtime.

Pay

This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $53,024 with an average 46 hour work week, which includes an hourly rate of $20.81, plus overtime.
