About the Role

Our growing Sales department is seeking ambitious, goal-oriented individuals to join our team. No automotive experience is required—ideal for experienced customer service and retail sales professionals looking to grow their careers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features on the lot.
• Prepare and present demo vehicles with the latest technology enabled and ready for display.
• Explain product performance, benefits, and all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers through high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager on pricing tiers for different models and their technology options.
• Assist with lead generation by managing incoming email leads and setting appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
• Communicate with customers via email and text to schedule appointments.
• Prepare email collateral for clients in advance of scheduled appointments to ensure they are informed before visiting the dealership.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections.
• Strong customer service skills and a proven sales track record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
• Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process.
• Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
• Prepared to learn from Sales Managers and absorb industry knowledge.
• Eager to learn about the automotive industry and new products.
• Ready to hit the ground running and master product details.
