About the role
Gallo’s 6–8 week Sales Internship Program immerses you in our dynamic Sales organization through hands-on job shadowing and training across multiple roles and projects. You’ll rotate through key commercial assignments—starting as a Field Sales Representative (retail sales, merchandising, management techniques), then working with a Market Development Manager (brand objectives, training) and a Business Intelligence Manager (new-product launches, pricing strategies). Additional rotations may include Spirits, Fine Wine, and Shopper Marketing. The internship culminates in a tailored project that you’ll present to management. Locations: Boston MA, Indianapolis IN, Milwaukee WI, Minneapolis MN, Tampa FL, Detroit MI, Washington DC, Charlotte NC, Atlanta GA, New Jersey, Texas, New York, California, and New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Job-shadow and train in various sales roles, gaining first-hand experience in retail sales, merchandising, and management techniques.
- Collaborate with a Market Development Manager to understand brand objectives and training roles.
- Work alongside a Business Intelligence Manager to explore strategic business facets such as new product launches and pricing strategies.
- Engage with managers in other areas, including Spirits, Fine Wine, and Shopper Marketing.
- Develop and present a project tailored to your interests to the management team.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university working toward a Bachelor’s degree, or have obtained a Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable vehicle at time of hire; must pass a motor-vehicle record check.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Required to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
- Required to travel up to 40% of the time to perform job duties.

Pay
$22.00–$23.00 per hour.
