Sales Lead Coordinator (Drains)

About the role

We're seeking a Drain Sales Lead Coordinator to enhance the performance of our Drain Sales team by managing leads, coordinating schedules, and boosting revenue.

Responsibilities

• Celebrate wins and provide coaching to technicians and Drain Specialists.
• Communicate daily with technicians and Drain Specialists to keep schedules full.
• Prepare technicians and customers for successful sales appointments.
• Assign leads, monitor performance, and support reporting.
• Make outbound calls to fill the schedule and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Support team meetings, special projects, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in dispatching, customer service, scheduling, program management, or sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable using computers, Excel, scheduling software, and basic math.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a 9-panel drug screen and background check.

Qualifications
