Scope of Responsibilities
- Partner with sales directors to enter new opportunities into CRM.
- Aid in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales-related support.
- Track and ensure timely delivery of proposals and responses.
- Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Coordination and Communication
- Serve as a trusted link between sales director, proposal team, finance, and account management.
- Maintain awareness of partner inquiries and respond accordingly.
- Coordinate delivery and follow-up of new and outstanding contracts.
Opportunity and Data Management
- Work with sales directors and vice president of sales to ensure opportunities are up-to-date.
- Source information and supporting data to assist in developing new business opportunities.
- Maintain an active list of response coordination for action items.
Campaign Support
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns for partners and plan sponsors.
- Assist in planning and executing outreach to develop warm leads.
- Coordinate outreach to attendees following conferences and trade shows.
Education Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business or related field.
- Preferred: 2-3 or more years previous experience in related position.
- PREFERRED: Experience using Excel and Microsoft Dynamics.
- PREFERRED: Ability to multitask and track.
Compensation
$21.00-22.00 per hour. The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
