Responsibilities

- Act as a personal stylist – curate outfits, suggest complementary pieces, and ensure every customer looks and feels their best. - Engage in the fitting room – provide hands-on styling advice, introduce additional options, and turn try-ons into purchases. - Lead by example – set the tone with high-energy selling, exceed personal sales goals, and drive the team toward success. - Motivate & inspire – keep the team energized, coach on effective selling techniques, and create a results-driven culture. - Be the expert – stay on top of the latest collections, bestsellers, and styling trends to maximize every sales opportunity. - Maintain a flawless store – keep the sales floor and fitting rooms organized, visually appealing, and ready for the next shopper.

Requirements

- Proven top seller – you consistently hit (or exceed) sales goals and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. - Natural leader – you keep the team motivated and create an atmosphere of excitement and success. - Engaging & proactive – you initiate conversations, take charge, and never wait for sales to come to you. - Passionate about styling – you love putting together looks and making customers feel amazing. - Flexible availability – weekends, evenings, and peak shopping times are where the best sales happen, and you’re ready to lead.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent. - At least 1-2 years of retail experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems. - Knowledgeable about current fashion trends and styles. - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay

The base hourly range for this position is $23-$26. Full Time expected annual earnings of $45,000-$60,000 (hourly plus bonus). Keep in mind that the actual offer will depend on things like your experience, and performance — so in some cases, it might be a little higher than the range listed here. Also, salary is just one piece of the overall package!
