Sales Intern
About the role
We pioneer technology for mobility experiences that matter to people. As part of our team, you will support the preparation and management of change management offers, tool tracking, service part offers, and prototype parts. You will also document claims, monitor pricing agreements, and contribute to monthly sales reporting while proposing continuous improvement ideas for business efficiency and cost reduction.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of change management offers (piece prices, tooling, D&D) related to cost information.
- Support tool tracking for new programs in preparation for payment.
- Prepare service part offers and offers for prototype parts derived from serial production or special customer requests.
- Receive and check orders from customers, coordinating production planning with related plants.
- Document claims such as production volumes significantly under forecast, non-amortized development costs, tooling costs, or special customer requests.
- Monitor and document contract/pricing agreements with customers.
- Consolidate and prepare monthly Sales Reporting.
- Propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction.
- Capitalize on knowledge and share best practices/lessons learned across the organization and within the site.
- Support leadership and commitment from top management according to the NAO environmental policy and ISO 14001.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and adhere to Faurecia Group policies (Code of Ethics, Code of Management, Environmental Policy, Quality Policy).
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the company.
Requirements
- Good technical knowledge.
- Strong personal organization and drive.
- Team player with accountability.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; a second language (preferably German or Spanish) is appreciated.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
