About the role
The Sales Head will drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate mid-market financial services and ecommerce firms.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution
- Build and scale the business by taking a proactive and independent approach
- Hire a sales executive to complement their efforts in the first year
- Engage with sales partners in an outcome-oriented commission structure
- Collaborate with an India-based Inside Sales team for lead generation
- Support the development of a go-to-market strategy that evolves as the business grows
Requirements
- 15+ years of IT services sales experience, including at least 5+ years selling to mid-market financial services firms
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Expertise in selling services related to Adobe, Salesforce, and AWS or Azure services
- Strong network of industry relationships within the financial services sector
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and build a business from the ground up
- Comfort in collaborating with an India-based team and adjusting working hours to time zone differences
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
- Willingness to travel across the US as required
