About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to drive business growth across the US market. This is a strategic, revenue-generating leadership role for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in Managed Service Provider (MSP) and enterprise IT sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the US market
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients
- Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and pre-sales to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, recommendations, testimonials, and outbound prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to expand business opportunities and strengthen market presence
- Develop account growth strategies to maximize revenue opportunities within existing and prospective clients
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records while providing regular business updates to leadership
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT Sales, with significant exposure to the US market
- Proven experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales and enterprise-level IT solutions
- Strong expertise in prospecting, lead generation, business development, and pre-sales
- Experience selling enterprise IT infrastructure, computing hardware, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or managed services
- Exposure to leading global enterprise technology vendors and OEM ecosystems
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new enterprise clients and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Established network of decision-makers and industry contacts within the US IT market is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, outsourcing models, and technology solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. An MBA is a plus
