Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on leads for commercial space sales and leasing

  • Arrange meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential clients
  • Aid in negotiations and deal closing processes
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns for Olympia Plaza
  • Conduct market research on brands expanding into Savar and Ashulia
  • Prepare reports on leads, meetings, and sales progress
