Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads for commercial space sales and leasing
- Reach out to brands, retailers, restaurants, showrooms, offices, and other businesses
- Arrange meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential clients
- Aid in negotiations and deal closing processes
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients
- Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns for Olympia Plaza
- Conduct market research on brands expanding into Savar and Ashulia
- Prepare reports on leads, meetings, and sales progress
