Sales Executive Medical & Hazardous Waste Service

About The Role

MBSS Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to generate new business across regulated medical waste, hazardous waste transportation and disposal, and same-day/overnight courier services. The Sales Executive owns the full sales cycle — from prospecting through signed agreement and successful handoff to the service team.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Initiate daily outbound calls and schedule meetings
• Present company services and prepare proposals and contracts
• Follow up consistently to close opportunities
• Maintain CRM with accurate notes, pipeline, and activity records
• Manage the sales pipeline and meet revenue goals
• Coordinate with operations and customer service for seamless onboarding and handoff of new accounts
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, closing, and CRM skills
• Professional communication and self-motivation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay

$4,000 to $6,000/month base salary (depending on experience), plus uncapped commission. Expected first-year on-target earnings (OTE) of up to $120,000+ for high performers.
