We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Financial Analyst. This role is critical to our mission of improving consumers' financial health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze financial trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and strategies.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including executive leadership and board members.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and adjust strategies as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience working with financial institutions and fintech companies.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of credit scoring and risk management principles.

Skills

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
• Experience with financial modeling tools such as Bloomberg, Microsoft Power BI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and ratios.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
