About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our early stage sales team in the USA. This role represents a unique opportunity to establish and scale our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Proactively generate pipeline through cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists and execute outbound strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
- Identify and engage target customers within the security services industry
- Represent Guardhouse at industry trade shows, conferences, and events (travel required)
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine go-to-market strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline within CRM systems (HubSpot)
- Provide market feedback and insights to inform product and positioning
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in a sales role (ideally SaaS or technology sales)
- Experience managing deals beyond initial qualification (closing experience preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a new market
- Comfortable working in an office-based environment in Dallas, TX
- Willingness to travel for events and customer meetings
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and resilient
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into the security services or workforce management industries
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot
- Experience in an early-stage or growth-phase company

Compensation
- Base salary: $75,000 – $85,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $105,000 – $130,000 (uncapped commission)
- Commission structure aligned to new business revenue (ARR)
- Accelerators for exceeding quota
