Responsibilities

• Possess excellent phone communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Show strong phone sales negotiation, persuasion, and one-call closing skills.
• Engage with prospective clients via phone to understand their unique needs.
• Present our product and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Deliver phone and Microsoft Teams sales demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to our high-performing sales team culture.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for helping others.
• Comfortable in a high-performance sales environment.
• Positive mindset and emotional intelligence.
• Willingness to make outbound phone calls every day.
• Disciplined with the ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
• 3+ years of phone sales experience is a big plus.
• Technical proficiency is a big plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong verbal and auditory skills.
