Sales Executive - Associate Director, Atlanta (Payments and FinTech)
About the role
The opportunity is for a Sales Executive – Associate Director position in the Atlanta office, focusing on the Payments and FinTech sectors. Reporting to the Core Growth Sales Leader, you will focus on specific accounts with high growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Sales impact through personal sales contribution and deal origination goals
- Owning client relationships, pipeline development/advancement, sales excellence, and account operational effectiveness
- Develop and drive the sales and growth strategy at your assigned accounts
- Engage with clients externally, and participate in sales strategy, pursuit, and account planning initiatives
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of business development/sales experience in professional services and solutions
- A proven record of selling complex digital, technology, and/or managed services solutions to C-level executives of Fortune 500 companies on a global level
- Strategic, large account experience
- Outstanding client management and relationship skills, strong executive presence, and influencing skills
- Strong knowledge of current and emerging sales tools, methodologies, and go-to-market models including social media
- Strong knowledge and understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry-related to accounts/sectors
- Understanding of standard procedures for account/sales operational activity
- Strong sector or technical content expertise
- Strong ability to handle and resolve conflict
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Pay and Benefits
The base salary range for this job in this geographic location in the US is $189,780 to $218,220 plus participation in an incentive compensation program applicable to Sales Executives. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
