Sales & Events Administrative Assistant Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center We are seeking a detailed individual to join our team as a Sales & Events Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will support our Sales, Catering, and Event Planning team in driving revenue, enhancing customer engagement, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Sales, Catering, and Events team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports to support the team's goals.Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, vendors, and team members, providing exceptional service and support.Assist in coordinating site visits, events, and promotional activities to showcase our hotel's offerings.Monitor and update sales pipeline reports, keeping track of leads, opportunities, and conversion rates.
