Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare internal and external correspondence, including contracts, proposals, group resumes, and event orders.
  • Maintain current and accurate files, such as client files.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as setting up house accounts and billing information.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner using the appropriate greeting.
  • Absorb and maintain the cleanliness of the sales office and surrounding areas.

Job Requirements

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Three to six months’ experience; one year certificate from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Hotel software (MARSHA, CI/TY) knowledge preferred.
  • Solid organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
