Job Summary
The Sales Enablement Manager supports and optimizes the sales technology ecosystem that powers the revenue organization. This role serves as the primary administrator and business partner for Salesforce and other sales productivity platforms, including ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, and future sales technologies.
Role And Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary support resource for Salesforce and sales enablement tools, including ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, and other sales productivity platforms.
- Support day-to-day CRM administration, including user access, permissions, data quality, reporting support, and troubleshooting.
- Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and IT to improve sales processes, streamline workflows, and support automation opportunities.
- Aid in the implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout of new sales technology features, enhancements, and enablement tools.
- Maintain documentation, user guides, job aids, and best practices to support consistent usage across the sales technology stack.
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and communication for new tools, process changes, and system updates.
- Promote consistent usage, data integrity, and best practices across Salesforce and the broader sales technology ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Technology, CRM Administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce administration and reporting.
- Experience with modern sales technology platforms such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, Salesloft, HubSpot, or similar solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work onsite 4 days per week (non-remote role).
Preferred
- Salesforce Certified.
- Experience with automation tools, workflow builders, and CRM integrations.
- Experience supporting sales enablement initiatives.
- Knowledge of SaaS, technology, or B2B sales organizations.
- Familiarity with ticketing or project management systems such as Jira, Zendesk, or Asana.
- Experience coordinating vendor support, system access requests, or sales technology enablement materials.
