About the role

The Sales Enablement Manager supports the effectiveness and efficiency of enablement programs and projects within the global sales organization. They work closely with peers and leaders to launch enablement programs that optimize sales, customer success, events, and revenue development.

Responsibilities

  • Support the audience's needs by designing and deploying measurable enablement programs to drive growth and achieve performance and productivity targets.
  • Work in conjunction with the learning program manager to develop, tailor, and maintain standardized onboarding experiences for respective audiences.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with new hires/their managers to assess progress, improve effectiveness, and identify ongoing training needs.
  • Be comfortable with customizing and building out virtual training sessions; experience in leveraging Workday and Articulate Storyline, or similar, is a plus.
  • Support sales and CS enablement content management efforts in learning systems and internal collaboration tools.
  • Consistently measure and report project and program effectiveness, using standard enablement activity, quality, adoption, and outcome measures, and recalibrate projects based on outcomes to improve sales productivity.
  • Help facilitate change management through communication, training, and measurement.
  • Deliver live, facilitated training sessions in conjunction with other enablement team members to large sales audiences as needed.
  • Collaborate with other sales and CS enablement team members in the organization to develop and share best practices around training and support sales/CS roles.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, education, or related field.
  • Five-plus years’ experience in a sales, marketing, L&D, or sales enablement role, with proven success in designing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills and the ability to engage an audience.
  • The ability to demonstrate the skills you are teaching with confidence and credibility.
  • Strong planning, project management, and time management skills.
  • The ability to adjust to changing priorities, tasks, and business needs is essential.
  • A high clock speed and the ability to work without constant oversight or a support team.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $139,000, with a base salary range for Georgia being $77,000 - $125,000. The offered compensation may vary within these ranges and is dependent upon the successful candidate's primary work location, experience, training, education, and credentials.

Schedule

The position is full-time and exempt.
