About the Role
Our US Account Executives sell to large enterprises, and their time belongs to customers. This role is the operational engine behind them — the person who makes the sales team run. You'd be the first hire in this function in the US: no playbook to inherit, full ownership of how it works.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel for a team of Account Executives across US time zones
- Own the logistics for customer dinners, executive roundtables, and conference activity — venues, invitations, RSVPs, catering, vendor coordination, on-site execution
- Manage ticketing and registration for industry conferences and events the sales team attends
- Execute mailers to target accounts — vendor coordination, list accuracy, delivery tracking
- Coordinate RFP responses — manage the response calendar, gather input from internal stakeholders, assemble submissions, track deadlines
- Keep CRM records current: activity logging, contact updates, meeting notes, account hygiene
- Prepare and format sales materials — decks, one-pagers, meeting briefs — ahead of customer conversations
- Track spending against event and travel budgets, and process expenses
- Partner with our India-based marketing and revenue operations teams to keep campaigns, lists, and follow-up in sync
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, events, or administrative roles — B2B tech is a plus, not a requirement
- Genuinely strong organizational instincts: you track many moving parts without dropping any, and you follow up before being asked
- Comfortable with vendors, venues, and last-minute changes
- Clear, professional written communication is good; you’ll correspond with senior client contacts
- Working knowledge of MS Office and a CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred)
- Willingness to work occasional evenings around customer events
Benefits
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance plan, 401K, and paid time off
- Flexible work arrangements (remote within the U.S.)
- Professional growth and international career opportunities within a fast-scaling global organization
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
