Your Role

Own the CT business for the district, driving orders, revenue growth, market share, and margin performance.

Develop and execute district and territory-level CT growth strategies tailored to competitive dynamics and customer needs.

Partner with Imaging Account Managers and District Sales Leaders to advance opportunities, strengthen account plans, and close complex deals.

Act as the district’s CT expert, providing clinical, technical, and competitive guidance to sales teams and customers.

Coach and develop field teams through joint customer engagements, pipeline reviews, and strategic deal support.

Leverage data, forecasting, and market intelligence to improve visibility, prioritize opportunities, and optimize commercial execution.

You're the right fit if

  • Have 5+ years of success in healthcare sales, imaging, or clinical technology leadership, ideally within diagnostic imaging or CT.
  • Include a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a complex, long-cycle, team-selling environment AND ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority while driving accountability and results.
  • Combine strong business acumen with the ability to translate clinical and technical expertise into customer value.
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and/or equivalent education and experience.

Philips Total Target Earnings

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $212,500 to $300,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
  • The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
  • Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.
  • For this position, you must reside in the territory. (Seattle is the preferred market followed by Denver.)
