About the role
We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented Sales & Distribution Program Manager to lead key initiatives that enhance agency efficiency, improve the agent experience, and support profitable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of agent-facing sales and distribution programs, including recruiting referrals and incentives, and programs that drive agency growth and development.
- Manage the Sales & Distribution technology enablement program, including AI, automation, and emerging technology use cases from intake through adoption and measurement.
- Drive agent experience (AX) initiatives by gathering feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and partnering across the organization to implement solutions.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects by defining business requirements, coordinating stakeholders, and guiding successful implementation and rollout activities.
- Develop and execute communication strategies that educate and engage agents through presentations, webinars, field communications, and leadership updates.
- Build strong partnerships with Sales & Distribution leaders, Marketing, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Training, and other business teams.
- Manage assigned program budgets, vendor relationships, and resources to support business objectives and agent outcomes.
- Lead, coach, and develop a Sales & Distribution Support Coordinator while overseeing day-to-day program operations and support activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Insurance, financial services, sales, distribution, or related industry experience.
- Strong program or project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous sales management experience.
- Experience supporting agents, field sales organizations, or distribution networks.
- Experience with AI, automation, or technology adoption initiatives.
- Prior people leadership experience.
Qualifications
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
