Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, high-performance Sales Director & Team Lead to drive Flexcompute's enterprise adoption of Tidy3D. This dual role includes carrying a personal quota focused on named strategic EM/photonics/RF accounts, while also leading and developing a high-impact sales team.
Requirements
- Own a personal quota tied to named strategic enterprise EM/photonics/RF accounts
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales from discovery through close
- Build deep relationships with senior engineering leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives
- Own the EM-specific GTM strategy for Tidy3D
- Deliver compelling technical-business value propositions for Tidy3D
What Makes This Role Unique
You will lead the GTM future of Tidy3D, shape our EM sales organization, close flagship strategic deals, and work directly with the world's most advanced semiconductor, photonics, AR/VR, and RF innovators.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years enterprise SaaS/technology/EDA/CAE sales
- Proven success closing large EM, photonics, RF, or semiconductor enterprise deals
- 3-6 years leading or mentoring quota-carrying teams
- Strong understanding of EM simulation concepts
- Highly data-driven with strong forecasting and KPI discipline
- Exceptional communicator with both technical and C-suite audiences
- Success in technical sales roles
