Sales Director, Product Specialists (Smart Trailers)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sales Director Product Specialists (smart Trailers) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a diverse team of 6-8 top-performing account executives
• Provide onboarding and ongoing professional support to ensure team readiness
• Cultivate relationships with Mainline AEs to enhance team selling strategies
• Monitor sales pipelines and collaborate on strategic account planning
• Work across departments to optimize go-to-market strategies for new products
• Champion the company's cultural principles while scaling the Specialist support team

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in managing complex sales cycles
• 3+ years of experience in team management
• Strong history of overachievement in outbound sales strategies
• Proficient in navigating sales processes involving multiple decision-makers
• Excellent communication and public speaking abilities

Compensation: $420,000 – $420,000 annually
